Customers

The catalogues in Adobe Acrobat format available for download if
viewed at 100% or printed at actual size, provide the most accurate
sizes of items.
Each item has a code consisting of two sets of numbers; the first
indicates the type of product; the second is the size in millimetres.

- We will confirm items in stock and send an email invoice
via Paypal;
- In the email invoice, click the hyperlink, or copy (Ctrl+C
in Windows systems) and paste (Ctrl+V) the link into your
browser to make a payment via Paypal to "info@rodnaylor.com".
- Cheques
- Cheques should be made payable to “Rod Naylor Ltd.”
- Cash
- Cash in sterling in registered envelope only.
- Postal orders
- Postal orders from the UK only.
Before sending your order please remember
Your order form should be accurately filled out, to ensure the fastest
delivery. Don’t forget to state the type of material required
“ivorite” or “ebony” etc. Add possible substitutions
if these are acceptable. We post out just twice a week now due to
a local post office closure. Please avoid leaving your order to the
last minute!
Packaging
Items are packed with care, usually in new strong packaging, unless
recycled packaging is more suitable.
Sending your original item for copying or
restoring
Please ensure these are well protected in sturdy packaging so they
arrive in one piece; pay particular attention to protecting knobs
as they may be damaged by franking machinery.
