Two miniature figural Indian carvings in ivory. They are just 2″ high. Possibly figures which would fit in an ekka cart or house as they have two pegs under the feet to fit and stand upright, (one peg is missing from the man with shoes, general signs of age). They look to be nineteenth century. The carving is quite fine and detailed with good patina. They are just 2″ high. Certainly a pair carved by the same expert hand. Some tiny losses to a hand and hat. All very charming. SOLD.
