Description
An antique Vizagapatam needle book with micro mosaic border and roundels. The intricate geometric designs made up of pewter, ebony and stained green bone. The central panel is in ivory and the back is ebony. It has the original green silk lining but is missing the “pages”. The front and back are separate. There is a tiny area of inlay missing in one corner, not easily noticed. It weighs a substantial 50 grams. Measuring 3 3/4″ x 2 11/16″ x 1/4″.
