Description
An antique bone waxer from the Georgian era. Sewing waxers were used for coating sewing threads. The thread would slip through the fabric more easily. This is bovine bone with turned concentric circles on both sides. It measures 7/8″ diameter x 5/8″. The beeswax has been renewed. All in very good condition for its age. SOLD.
