Description
Four mother of pearl thread winders with doves on one side. They are finely engraved with a pair of doves
on one side and a flower on the other. Three measure 1 2/8″ long x 7/8″. One has a minute hole. The larger one is 1 9/16″ long x 1″.
They have a pretty pink/green iridescence. Originally used as gaming counters and later found in C18th and
C19th century sewing boxes. SOLD.
