Description
Samples of insect damage in wood that may be of interest to budding biologists and teachers. These three make dramatic viewing; common woodworm, deathwatch beetle, and Toledo beetle. The Toledo beetle is a sample from the decking on S.S. Great Britain; see the largest sample which is nearly 15 ” long. No traces of the insects remain, these are vintage samples.
