Description
A pumpkin shape tea caddy in paduak with laburnum stalk. Carved in the eighteenth century style. The hinge, lock and escutcheon all test for sterling silver but are not hallmarked. The lock works but the hasp is broken. With a lead lined interior. With curved contours, crisp carving, rich colour and key. Weight 473 grams.
Measures 4 5/8″ diameter x 5″ high. SOLD.
