Description
This is a Cantonese carved sewing clamp made in ivorite (elephant friendly), a replica of the bone original with working winder to clamp to the sewing table. It measures just 1 1/2″ high x 7/8″ wide. Carved all over the top and the back has a classic flower motif.
A few minute pinholes occur under the top “lip”, but are not obvious. A fascinating addition for the sewing box.
