Description
A Tunbridgeware box with parquetry tumbling blocks design to the lid. With very fine micro mosaic inlay borders and rosewood front, sides and back. The lift up lid with a shell pull and inside the original paper. All tiny tiles present. Measuring 3 7/16″ x 1 3/16″ x 2 7/16″. So small, sweet and fascinating. A great survivor from the Victorian era.
