Description
A vintage Holtzapefel & Co carving knife with original card sleeve. Possibly for slicing ham and meat. Holtzapefel made a variety of cutlery.
The blade is 9 1/2″ long, the handle is 5″ long. It has a good mahogany handle. The blade is marked 53 Haymarket SW which suggests this was produced between 1907 – 1930. The sleeve is distressed but functional.
